Returns & Refund


We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive. Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours. If your order has already left our warehouse, we can no longer assist you with a cancellation for your order. Please if you wish to cancel your order for any reason please submit a cancellation request via email at contact@usamerica.shop.


  • To begin initiating a return, within 30 calendar days of delivery, please contact our customer support team at contact@usamerica.shop to get the address of return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • For Shoes, clothes and jewellery or any kind of products with a chart size, please make sure you choose the correct size according to our size chart, due to shipping fees we are not accepting returns and exchanges for this kind of prodcuts unless we made a mistake and send you a wrong size.
  • For any product you should consider using a trackable shipping service.
  • Please be reminded that returns are made at the customer’s cost. USAMERICA SHOP will compensate the cost for the return shipping fees with store credit up to US$10.

  • Please note that we are not liable for any parcel lost during its return shipment to us.

  • As we are an international company and ship our orders worldwide, we have set up a global returns center in China.

Damaged or defective products 

Sometimes, unfortunately some products get damaged during transport. If this is the case, Please send us photos or video that shows the damaged product at contact@usamerica.shop

Our customer support team will study the case, if the product is damaged we will be happy to send you a replacement, give you a credit that you can use to purchase any product in our store, or refund your order.

Incorrect product

We make every effort to ship your product ON TIME and ACCURATELY. When mistakes do happen, our dedicated Customer Care professionals are here to help. 

If you think that you received an incorrect order, please send us photos that show the product that you have received, our study will be based on the specifications listed in the product page. If the product is incorrect we will be happy to send you a replacement, give you a credit that you can use to purchase any product in our store www.usamerica.shop , or refund your order.
