Orders and Shipping

Please note that we require 1 to 5 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery time is between 1 to 3 weeks. Please consider any holidays or events that might impact delivery times.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email that contains your tracking number. You can track your order here using this tracking number :

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. if your order is shipped in separate packages you will receive tracking numbers of all your packages by email.

Daily America is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

To begin initiating a return, within 2 calendar days of delivery, please contact our customer support team at to get the address of return.

  • Return the new, unopened items to us within 2 calendar days of delivery.
  • Simply contact our support team at if you have any questions regarding your return.
  • For any product you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
  • Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.
  • Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).

We make every effort to ship your product ON TIME and ACCURATELY. When mistakes do happen, our dedicated Customer Care professionals are here to help. 

If you think that you received an incorrect order, please send us photos that show the product that you have received, our study will be based on the specifications listed in the product page. If the product is really incorrect we will be happy to send you a replacement or give you a credit that you can use to purchase any product in our store

For shoes and clothes, our study will be based on the size chart presented in the product page. Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc.

Sometimes, unfortunately some products get damaged during transport. If this is the case, Please send us photos or video that shows the damaged product at Our customer support team will study the case based on photos or video that you have sent, if the product is really damaged we will be happy to send you a replacement or give you a credit that you can use to purchase any product in our store

Please note that we do not deal with cases where the package is the only thing damaged.

Cancellations are only accepted within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
